Cancellation Policy

We have a 24hr cancellation policy.

You must notify your artist or call the studio at 512-762-4825 24 hours before your appointment to maintain your deposit. You will be allowed to reschedule your appointment one time with a 24 hour notice. All deposits are non-refundable.
